South West Design and Build consists of three Directors, Mike and Claudia Bamforth and Ross Lawson. Mike has worked in the industry for over 40 years, primarily with Acorus, providing planning, architectural and project management services to clients. In 2022 a decision was taken to expand into development, with the design and build of two contemporary dwellings on a site purchased from a client. Although not part of the initial plan, the company have continued with their design and build offer and have since completed numerous bespoke dwellings, extensions and landscape projects.

Ross brings exceptional building expertise to the team as well as great management and communication skills. Claudia provides clear vision and interior design skills as well as managing the company behind the scenes.
